The Organization Committee invites you to attend the “Transmission and Distribution Conference and Exposition Latinamerica 2008” (TyD-LA), to be held in the Universidad de Los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia and to submit Abstracts to be considered by the Technical Committee. The Bogota TyD-LA will be fourth edition of the IEEE Latinamerica conference of the Power Engineering Society; it will build on the tradition of excellence of the preceding conferences in Sao Paulo (2002 and 2004) and Caracas (2006). The TyD-LA is sponsored by the IEEE Power Engineering Society and will be organized by the IEEE Colombia Section
